The Companies Amendment Bill, 2019

The Companies Amendment Bill , 2019 has been passed from the parliament in August 2019. It amends the Companies Act, 2013. The Companies Amendment Bill has taken into consideration the alterations Which Were originally notified from the businesses Amendment Ordinance, 2018 & 2019 that was promulgated by the President and then kept in impact throughout the Companies Amendment Ordinance Act, 2019.
